I believe Bob has to assign username and passwords. Please note that others may want to fly the planes too, so be considerate.
Do not schedule if you may not fly, someone else may want to fly and will not look again. If you possibly want to fly, check the schedule that day, do not book in advance.
If you are scheduled, and wish to cancel, please take yourself out of the book ASAP. Someone may look that morning and see the plane booked, so they do not fly, and you do not show up, not fair to all, please be considerate.
Those that schedule and do not show up on time, may lose the slot, if the plane is booked from 1-3, and by 1:15 you do not show up, we may assume you are not flying and give the plane away, so, you must edit schedulebooks, call the airport, and do call anyone else on the schedule if you are late or get detained! Make note of who is flying after you, be back on time.
Things happen, so get phone numbers, call and let people know your intentions.
Also, please take care of our planes, clean them when you're done, leave them as you would leave your own plane.
